1. Introduction

Mabrouk is a digital incentive and rewards platform designed to deliver incentives and rewards to shop owners and sales partners through programs operated by participating brands. By accessing or using the Mabrouk Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Use of the Mabrouk Portal is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are registered shop owners or authorized representatives approved by participating brands. Mabrouk reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or reject access if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• Access to Mabrouk is limited to approved and registered users.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Mabrouk reserves the right to approve, suspend, or deactivate any account.

4. Incentives and Rewards

• Incentives reflected in the Mabrouk account are received from participating brands.
• Mabrouk does not calculate or control sales activities.
• Incentives may be delivered as cash payout or credited to approved digital wallets.

5. Mabrouk Raffle Entries

• Incentives may be converted into raffle entries ("Mabrouks").
• Each 10,000 IQD equals one (1) Mabrouk raffle entry.
• A maximum of fifteen (15) Mabrouk entries may be earned per month.
• Any amount above the cap remains counted at the maximum limit.

6. Raffle & Prize Disclaimer

Participation in raffles does not guarantee winning. All raffles and prizes are subject to availability and participation of partner brands. Mabrouk reserves the right to modify, replace, postpone, or cancel any raffle or prize at its sole discretion without prior notice. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

7. Monthly Raffle and Prizes

• Raffles are conducted on a monthly basis.
• Prizes may include gold rewards, product rewards, gift items, or special incentive prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

8. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any activity conducted through the account is the user's responsibility.

9. Suspension and Termination

Mabrouk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Fraud, Misuse, and Disqualification

Mabrouk reserves the right to suspend, disqualify, or permanently terminate any user found to be involved in fraud, submission of false or misleading information, manipulation of incentives or raffle entries, or any misuse of the platform. Disqualification may result in forfeiture of incentives, raffle entries, and prizes without compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mabrouk is not responsible for sales performance, brand decisions, or delays caused by third parties.

12. Platform Availability

Mabrouk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the portal. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond Mabrouk's reasonable control. Mabrouk shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq.
